Tasmania 2005
In November 2005, it was hot and steamy in our Yeppoon home in Queensland, so we flew south for a short holiday in Tasmania. We hired a car at Launceston airport, and drove around the island, starting with the east coast, across the south, we visited Hobart, then westwards via a lovely cottage stay in Hamilton, then Queenstown and Straughn, then north up to the Tamar valley, then back to Launceston to catch our plane home.
